What are the delivery options?

We offer as standard day 1 for day 3 delivery but can also offer overnight options with a range of timed requests and bespoke delivery options such as a tail lift and
pallet truck to assist offloading.Please contact our Customer Services Team (01707 358530) for further details and they can advise the most suited options for you and provide a quotation where applicable.

Do i have to pay carriage?

We offer as standard carriage paid over £2,000.00 on a standard delivery, however we can also arrange add on services for a small fee along with overnight and bespoke services.For further details please contact our Customer Services Team on 01707 358530

What is the deadline for placing orders?

For same day dispatch our deadline is 12:00pm this covers overnight and 48 hour deliveries, charges may apply.

Do i have to have an account to purchase materials?

No you do not need to have an account with us; we can arrange payment by either card or BACS payment. Depending on your specific needs we can offer advice and support using our Registered Contractor network, enabling us to provide a dedicated service fitting your project requirements.
